bxpech Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and bxpech ("bxpech", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the bxpech website available at bxpech.app and all associated services including games, betting, promotions and payment features.

bxpech is an online gaming and betting platform designed for adult users in Pakistan. All transactions on bxpech are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By registering an account or using bxpech in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of bxpech regardless of how they access the platform — through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means. bxpech reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use bxpech you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bxpech does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or family member of an employee or contractor of bxpech or its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded from bxpech or have had a prior account closed for a Terms violation.

bxpech reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or during routine compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

Each user may hold only one (1) account on bxpech. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bxpech account credentials. This includes your username, password, PIN and any linked payment method details. bxpech will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Do not allow any other person to use your bxpech account to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it periodically.
• Notify bxpech immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bxpech is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that bxpech has acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

Your bxpech account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring or assigning your account to any third party is not permitted and will result in immediate account closure.

All financial transactions on bxpech are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bxpech does not charge foreign exchange fees. Supported payment methods include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits: The minimum deposit on bxpech is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your bxpech wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. bxpech does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 60 seconds. Bank IBFT and card withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. bxpech reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold.

Funds deposited to bxpech may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. bxpech does not pay interest on account balances. In the event of account closure, any remaining balance — subject to compliance clearance — will be returned to the registered payment method.

bxpech offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on jackpot slots, and referral rewards. The following general terms apply to all bxpech promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered members only. bxpech reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• bxpech reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions ("bonus abuse") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free spins, if credited, must be used within the validity period stated in the applicable offer. Unused free spins expire after this period.

The bxpech referral programme allows existing members to invite friends using a unique referral link. Referral bonuses are subject to the current referral programme terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Both the referrer and the referred player must satisfy any applicable wagering requirement before referred bonus amounts can be withdrawn.

The following rules apply to all real-money gaming and betting activity on bxpech:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been placed and accepted by bxpech, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player. This applies to all game types including casino games, sports betting and card game stakes.
• In the event of a technical error — server disconnection, software malfunction or any interruption that prevents a game round from completing normally — bxpech reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. No additional compensation will be offered.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These are displayed within each game or betting market. bxpech reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.
• For sports betting markets, bxpech reserves the right to suspend, void or settle markets in accordance with the specific sport's official result and governing body's determination. In cases of ambiguity, bxpech's decision is final.
• Game outcomes on bxpech casino and slots products are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG produces statistically independent results — past outcomes have no bearing on future outcomes. Players accept this randomness by choosing to play.
• The Return to Player (RTP) figures displayed for slot and casino games represent long-run statistical averages across millions of game rounds, not guaranteed returns in any individual session.

bxpech is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bxpech:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards in poker, sharing betting information or acting in concert to exploit a market.
• Cheating and software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, external software, exploits, or any means other than normal manual play to interact with bxpech games or to gain an advantage not available to other players.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, or sharing an account with another person, for any reason.
• Money laundering: Using bxpech for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime. bxpech complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds on bxpech. Any deposits made with fraudulent payment instruments will be reversed and the account permanently closed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used to play on bxpech. bxpech treats chargebacks as fraud and will pursue recovery of the relevant amount.

bxpech monitors accounts and game activity for evidence of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bxpech may — at its sole discretion — void bets, close accounts, forfeit balances and report the matter to relevant authorities. bxpech's determination on fair play matters is final.

bxpech takes responsible gaming seriously. We offer the following tools to help members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and block yourself from re-registering. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and to seek support. bxpech does not send promotional communications to players who have set deposit limits or requested self-exclusion.

bxpech reserves the right to proactively contact a player and apply account restrictions if our monitoring systems identify patterns of play that suggest a potential problem with gambling behaviour.

All content on the bxpech platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game assets, audio clips, software, page layouts and the compilation of all such content — is the property of bxpech or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

bxpech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any bxpech content without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on bxpech content or software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software associated with bxpech.
• Use data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering tools on any part of the bxpech platform.

The bxpech name, logo and all associated brand elements are trademarks of bxpech. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bxpech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical interruptions or platform downtime beyond bxpech's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on game statistics, odds or information displayed on the platform.
• Losses resulting from delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

bxpech's total liability to any user for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the balance held in the user's bxpech account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

bxpech makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will make reasonable efforts to restore availability in the event of downtime.

bxpech collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the bxpech Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and improving the platform experience. bxpech will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) and only to the extent required for those purposes.

bxpech may retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes including dispute resolution and anti-fraud monitoring. bxpech reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the event of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to pass identity verification or to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period.
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age or has provided false registration information.
• Any other conduct that bxpech determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or its members.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, bxpech reserves the right to retain any balance in the account and to offset it against any losses, costs or liabilities arising from the violation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a Terms breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method after compliance clearance.

Players may close their own bxpech account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at support@bxpech.app. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the registered payment method.

bxpech reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where the change is material, we may also notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of bxpech after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using bxpech immediately and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

We recommend that all bxpech members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current rules governing their account and use of the platform.

bxpech aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 7 business days. Where a dispute relates to a game outcome, bxpech will review the relevant server-side logs and, where applicable, the certified RNG output. bxpech's determination on game-outcome disputes is final.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through direct support contact, you may escalate the matter through formal channels. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
